They don't do dine in because they don't have enough staff after covid. but for takeout, the prices are very reasonable, and the food is good and made in very fast order. Please support small businesses like this because it's hard for them, especially after Covid. I recommend the garlic beef or the pad see ew ”

“ Mostly seems like they do take out. We have had nearly everything on the menu and it is all pretty good. The crispy garlic chicken, pad see ew and fried tofu are pretty good. We typically have a short wait when we get over there for takeout. The location is great and there is lots of street parking around. Recently (September 2024) have not been answering their phone or accepting take out orders through their website but they still seem to be open. ”

“ So good! Love this place! It's more of a takeout place, not a place to dine in. Tables are typically filled with Doordash drivers. Not even sure they have dine-in like Krittakas. But food is a major upgrade from Krittikas. Note, take out usually takes twice as long as the 15 min they always quote. lol, not a big deal, just plan ahead. Egg rolls always crispy and fresh. Rice is delish and all curry dishes flavorful. A big benefit to the Latona Ave food options! Especially when husband wants tamales (Frelard Tamales), I want curry (Smile), and daughter wants edamame and sushi rolls (Tsai Sushi). Staff is always friendly and quality is consistent. ”

“ Smile Thai is one of those places that I always default to when I can't decide on what to eat but want something that is close by, tastes great, and is cost-effective. Most of the entrees are $10 which is cheaper but the portions are also a little smaller than other places. I've been here many times and my favorite is the pineapple fried rice, but the pad see ew and the pad kee mao are good too. Just a note that the curries don't come with rice so you'll have to order it separately or make your own at home. There is some seating inside but I rarely see people dine in; most people just order take out or pick up to go. This is a small business I love to support! ”

“ Probably had one of the best pad see ews I've had in a long time!!! We were walking around the green lake area looking for a thai restaurant and stumbled across this place. They turned out to be take-out only but I'm so glad we got food here!! I ordered the beef pad see ew and thai tea, the pad see ew noodles were super flavorful--they also have many vegetarian options (tofu/no egg). The thai tea was also really good! ”

“ This spot is great for some quick Thai food. I live around the area. So, I come here at least 1-2 per week to order there food. They are quick and fast service. Prices are very reasonable compare to other Thai restaurants in the area. Give them a try, you won't regard it! ”

“ This place is a hidden gem. The flavors are great, the portions are substantial! Unfortunately I can't speak to the service because we did doordash, but the delivery happened quick so I assume there were no problems at the restaurant. The spring rolls were soooo fresh, the tofu inside was still a bit warm, so it was obvious they weren't sitting around all day. And the peanut sauce, omg the peanut sauce!!! Amazing and a great size! The pad see ew was great. I love mine with carrots and broccoli do this was everything I wanted! Perfect bouncy noodles and flavors as well. We also got he Thai fried rice. When it said peppers I thought it was just bell peppers... there were also Thai chiliis, which was an amazing surprise because we LOVE spice!! It was such a great rice! But heads up to people to don't do spice lol. We also got the crispy garlic chicken, this one was a bit of a smaller portion but it was soooo good and still crunchy after delivery. Definitely might be our new Thai take out spot :) ”

“ Oh my gosh, this place is SO GOOD. We live out of state now and this is literally our first stop when we're driving from the airport, lol. Incredibly reasonable prices, friendly staff and delicious food - we always get the pad see ew noodles and curry and both are flavorful, saucy enough, chock full of good jngredients, and with ample portions. Just writing this made me crave it. Can't wait til our next visit! ”

“ We stopped by here cause I was really craving Thai food and this definitely satisfied my taste buds. I actually wouldn't have found this place if it wasn't for yelp and seeing the great reviews I had to try it. We ordered the pad Kee mao with chicken. For $10, you actually get a good portion. It's hard to find a meal for $10 or less these days so that was a plus. The pad Kee mao was flavorful, it was filled with veggies and chicken. Overall a solid dish. There seem to only be 1 person working the restaurant so the service is not that great. We had to ring the bell several times and yell for service before getting some help. Maybe when the restaurant is back to dine in, it would be better ”
